We're back again! How are you today? I hope that all of you feeling great today. So as for today, I just want to share with all of you about my favourite songs... Whether is a K-pop songs or maybe blues song or maybe an instrumental songs. I always listen to these songs that stated below whenever I was doing my assignments and I listen to instrumental songs when I was doing my revision. It was really helpful and calming. I also listen to Al-quran recite that I downloaded from an apps. Okay so let's get straight to our main topic.

  1. The first one is "IT'S YOU" by Ali Gatie. I really like this song because it reminds me of someone. I really like the lyrics. Actually, I'll look into song's lyrics rather than their popularity and so on. I really love an emotional lyrics as it can help us to develop our emotions. Hope you guys will like the song that I recommended.

2. So the next song is "BE ALRIGHT" by Dean Lewis. This song is actually a breakup song. No doubts it's true if you read the lyrics. What I got from this song is whenever we face a challenge in our life, keep smiling, move forward and take it easy.

3. So the third song is "YOU ARE THE REASON" by Calum Scott. This song is about our sacrifices to the people we love. When we love someone, we'll always try our best to make them happy. And we ready to take all the risks just to make them happy. I really like the lyrics because it's so poetic and the melodies are so calming.

WAYS TO DEVELOP SELF LOVE

Hey you the one who's reading this right now, I just wanna say that you're gorgeous and you deserve the love from people around you. And of course you have the right to spread love to others. Back to main point, I want to share with all of you on how to develop self love within ourselves. I know that it's not easy to practice self love in just one day, so you guys must practice it over and over again, day by day, month by month, year by year, decade by decade and you must practice it till the last of your breath. So I want to share with you guys the tips, it's really a simple tips.

1) Right after you wake up, say thank you God because He still grant us with blessings that make us alive. For Muslim of course Allah SWT, recite Doa and for non muslim do it with what your religion taught you.

2) Start your morning with a positive thinking, a positive mindset, tell yourself that today will the be the best day to you, tell yourself that today you look really gorgeous inner and outer.

3) Don't ever compare yourself to others. Everyone has their own limits, their own ways and their own specialities. It's okay to adore them as your role model but don't ever underestimate yourself and keep comparing yourself with others. Bear that everyone has their own beauty.

4) Surround yourself with people who always encourage you, who will always you no matter who you are and in what condition you go through. These people will always remind how amazing you are. Never forget about your parents who always stay with you from inside the womb and until now, appreciate these two precious people.

5) Treat others with love and respect. If you want to be treated like that, it's your job first to treat people with kindness. Shower them with your love.

6) Be realistic. There is no person on this earth that is happy every single moment of every single day. You know why? Because we are all human. We make mistakes, we feel emotions, whether it's a bad or good, and this is OK. Allow yourself to be human.

7) Forgive yourself. You know the thing you did one time or maybe a few times that made you feel bad, embarrassed, ashamed? It’s time to let that go. You can’t change the things you have done in the past but you can control your future. Look at it as a learning experience and believe in your ability to change for your future.

8) Find something to be grateful for every day. It’s inevitable that you are going to have your down days. This is fine. It’s especially important on these days to find at least one thing you are grateful for as it helps to shift your mind and energy around what’s going on. For example, be grateful for every oxygen that you get to inhale.

9) Find your happy place. Where’s the one place you feel totally at ease, calm, happy, positive, high on life? Go to that place when you're going through hard times, or imagine yourself being there. Think about how it feels, what it smells like, what it looks like.

10) Celebrate your wins no matter how big or small. Pat yourself on the back and be proud of what you have achieved. Only you know the challenges and how hard was it to make it happen. Only you and HIM know it.

I really hope that these tips will at least help you guys to develop self love within yourself. Like I said before, it may be hard at first, but when you practise it all days, you will feel and see the difference. There are a lot of ways to love ourselves. It depends on ourselves. Let me tell you this, 'self love', it started with you. All is 'you'. No one can help you if it is not yourself doing it first. So love yourself and embrace yourself all the times.

Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do

WHAT IS SELF LOVE?

What is self-love?

Is it something you can obtain through a beauty makeover or a new set of clothes? Is it something that you can buy it somewhere? Can you get more of it by reading something inspirational? Or, can a new relationship make you love yourself more? The answer to all of these questions is absolutely a No! Although they feel good and are gratifying, you can't grow in self-love through these types of activities.

Self love is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. These actions will make us become more mature. When we begin to love ourselves, we will accept our flaws and weaknesses without any doubts. We will stop complaining and we will become more thankful and grateful for our life. Instead of complaining, we will find the value of our life.
